Is there a way to copy a map to another document?

Is there a way to copy all notes (in a container) and copy the map of the container to another document ?

Sure, you just do it. Copy the notes and paste them into a new document. Since a note’s Xpos and Ypos are attributes the map view should stay consistent.

REMEMBER: attributes, prototypes, links, templates don’t copy over when you randomly create a note. I find it convenient to first copy over my prototypes related to the relevant notes. Create their attributes in the new doc (see related video) and then copy over the desired notes.

Thank you ! For some reason , i thought dragging was the only way to achieve copying & I kept kicking myself that why is only 1 note being copied !

Infact unknowingly, recently did a SUPER idiotic mistake of moving all my projects to a new container in outline view, loosing all my smart adornments in the process .
