That’s Amy Hunter, the head girl at Hill Academy in Those Trojan Girls.

She shows up in the documentation as I recall, and she’s on the development machines to test that user badges are handled correctly, but I don’t find her elsewhere.

Glad it’s explained - if I open a blank TBX file and immediately open the inspector, her badge quick flashes on the window.
