Can someone check if note placement on maps is working for you with keyboard modifiers?

I’m on 9.3.0, and if I (for instance) do Ctrl]+[Opt]+Return with a note selected, it will create it to the right instead of the intended below.

I can confirm that the [Ctrl]+Return (^↩) and [Ctrl]+[Opt]+Return (^⌥↩) shortcuts for map view appear not to work.

These shortcuts were (checking in Notes.tbx) first added to v223 and thus first released in v7.0.0. The above suggests some recent breakage (@eastgate)
