Oooh thank you indeed for this again. Have you noticed when typing prevsibling, doesn’t auto complete it by itself ? that’s the number 1 reason I thought it’s not a valid command.

I don’t think any designators auto-complete. Where does it say that they do (so I can check/verify?). Auto-complete is used for attribute names and action code operators in certain code boxes. Designators and export codes don’t auto-complete. Most designators are short terms
Designators are case sensitive, so you need to use prevSibling for it to work. If in doubt, bookmark here where I cover designators of various types.
Oh I was under the impression everything auto completes, I think this is my first foray into designators & hence my confusion. I think it might be a good feature request .
