IIRC, and I may not, Tinderbox observes the Mac’s date format as set in System Preferences.
In Ventura, System Settings no longer provides the same flexibility with setting date formats.

Thanks, most useful. So much for Apple helpfully removing stuff you just don’t need. Who knew dates were so uncomplicated and need no easily usable customisation controls? I’m guessing the coders who did this don’t travel out-of-state much.
