Is there a way to get a horizontal rule in the $Text?

I’m trying to separate some text with a horizontal rule .

Any ideas if this is achievable?

I believe not, nor is it seemingly possible in Apple’s TextEdit which uses a (richer version of) the text engine I believe is used by Tinderbox.

However, if you type a line of underscores (shift+minus) they render as a line, albeit as the bottom of the line’s vertical space.
