Setting a manual update to 'Watch Folder From Notes'?

Hi there,

I’m using the ‘Watch Folder From Notes’ automation to import from Apple Notes into my Tinderbox file, and it’s all working fine but it doesn’t seem that the folder gets updated when I select ‘Update Agents Now’ from the menu. The ATBRef file says that it updates ~every 5 minutes - but I’m just wondering is there a way to force a manual update of a Watched Notes folder?

It’s not tied to agent updates. Right now, close and reopen the file to update watched folders promptly. (I think the nominal update interval is ~1hr)
