@eastgate, can you expand on your point - topdown research assumes you already know the answer, and bottom-up research is exploratory (not your exact words). What do you mean by “already know the answer”? Can you provide examples? Is this something, top down is just managing and reporting? Whereas, the bottoms up is exploratory looking for insights, explanations, questions, and answers.
