Roadmap doesn't tear off [solved]

I’m working through the guide PDF and I’ve got to the point where it talks about the Roadmap view being a tear-off window.

I am assuming that the roadmap view is the popup that appears when you click the “i” icon on a link and that displays the table of incoming/outgoing links.

My experience is that, try as I might, I cannot tear this window off in the manner described.

Am I misunderstanding what the Roadmap window is? The functionality? Or triggering a bug?

Okay answering my own question, that was not the roadmap view although it is a popup containing similar information.

The roadmap view is triggered by selecting a note and using View>Roadmap.
