Neither is encyclopaedic and doubtless there are things to add. Suggestions welcomed, but note this is not a reading list about knowledge tools but about Tinderbox and Storyspace.

†. Any papers in the ACM’s Digital Library (DL.ACM) pre-2001 can be accessed without a DL.ACM subscription, and Open Access papers after 200 wil always be free to access. For more recent papers, Google Scholar will likely find a copy of the paper in the wild. Academe is helpfully leaky in that reagard.
