Annotating videos with Tinderbox

Hi Folks,

In recent TBX Zoom Meetups, people have referred several times to “annotating video” using Tinderbox. With among others mention of “links” to a specific moment in the video.
I’d be glad to get some pointers on where to find information about how to do this.
