Link not working; just me?
I experienced the same behavior. Just downloaded directly.

Just downloaded from the website Tinderbox: The Tool For Notes and overwrote my 11.5.x install by dragging to /Applications.

I believe this is loaded from Eastgate as opposed to being info built into the app so it might have had a bad link now updated at source. Anyway use the links above, as needed.

This is asking if I want to download a demo; it is now asking to replace my current version of TBox;
Will my existing TBox files be lost or automatically be moved to the new version?
The demo and the full app are the same app. Demo state is controlled by your current licence. If you go to the Tinderbox menu and select Register Tinderbox… you will see a dialog like this:
As long as you have 1 or more months shown in the place indicated above, you can download the ‘demo’ and use it. Close your current version of the app and then drag the new app into your /Applications folder and install over the existing app. When you open the new app would existing licence will be detected.
Changing the app has zero effect on your TBX files. They are separate files to the app itself. The app won’t ‘move’ them. TBX files are essentially data files, much like a Word or Excel file.
