Perhaps the file has been removed?
The YaBB forum was closed about a decade ago. IIRC this forum was started in c.2016, replacing the older forum but not adopting its content (too complex/not enough value). So, the old YaBB content is gone from the Eastgate servers. TBH most of it is now out of date as problems/solutions from than are not those of today.
But if you really need the content, it may be in the Internet Archive. I used TextSniper to get the URL from your screen grab and found a 2016 copy of the thread in your DEVONthink database at:
Note: because of the way the Internet Archive works not all plugin scripts or database-resolved intra-forum links in the archived may work. If they do, then great, but if not WYSIWYG! Still, better than nothing.
For those going back even further, it’s perfectly possible that part/all of the support wiki that pre-dated the YaBB forum may still be somewhere in the Wayback Machine.
