Don't Tinderbox's notes support 300,000 characters?

He did answer questions. He wanted to display rendered Markdown (if that is the right term) in one window and take notes on it in another

This was, obviously, one (of several) alarm flags about bad faith — I’m referring to Sartre, and not the legal meaning.]

I’ve reread the thread. It started as nothing philosophical but rather a straightforward (and reproducible) “mechanical” problem. The machine seized up. This resulted, I suspect, from expecting Tinderbox to do something it wasn’t originally designed to do: handle very long Markdown text in one note. Maybe Eastgate support can address the issue at some point. :grinning: In the meantime, easy workarounds abound.

If you read the thread, you know that I just said the we have addressed the issue — on Sunday night, forsooth.
