Empty notes being created on container expansion

So far, as far as I can tell, once a ghost note has gone, it stays gone – this is for files stored on Dropbox. But in a file I’m looking at right now, it’s made every note a parent of one or two ghosts in the outliner tree.

And this is in files with at least one protoype assigned. As far as I can tell, it does seem that those without prototypes don’t have the issue.

Ghostbusting has been successful with the file I copied out of dropbox to local disk.

Since performing the ghost busting, I haven’t seen this issue return.
