Is there a way to drop a Note into a Container without unfolding the latter?

In Outline View, I have a bunch of Notes that I’m manually dropping into a set of Containers. Each time I drop a Note into one of the Containers, it unfolds; necessitating a few extra actions each time.

Is there a way I can drop Notes into Containers without it flipping the disclosure triangle of the Container in question?

Use a stamp to set the $Container for the to-be-dropped note?
