I’ve come to know of the very handy option Hide link controls in the panel to configure map properties.
I was hoping to be able to toggle this via a stamp but can’t find an attribute that for the setting. Is this available ?

This isn’t (right now) accessible to stamps. One reason is that stamps act on notes, while this setting applies to a particular view tab. I’m not completely confident that a stamp is really better than just using the setting. But I may be missing a use case!
I hadn’t focussed adequately on the fact that stamps are note-centric. The question arose through a different line of inquiry. I’ll post it as a separate question.
