Hey @LittleHouse75, sorry you’re not feeling well. Hit me up when you get back on your feet. I’m almost done with a template that will: 1) produce internal link anchors for both HTML and Markdown parsing, as well as handle duplicate note notes.
Okay, so I can report a major win here, with two solutions!

@mwra Using the PDF templates from the aTbRef, followed by a sed command works! (I had to tweak the sed command – the anchors themselves weren’t showing up – but LLMs are very good at rewriting sed commands

@satikusala Yes – your templates with the action script work wonders. For some reason, the one linked to in this thread didn’t work for me (an issue with quote nesting in the output… but admittedly, maybe I did something wrong). But the one linked in your separate thread on this issue worked flawlessly on the first try:

Sent you each pay pal donation to buy a coffee (or other beverage). Really grateful for the help!
@eastgate – I’ll send you a coffee too, if there’s a donation link for you!
Glad to hear it was helpful. Thank you for the “high-end” coffee.
BTW, I just finished an update to the file. It now support notes with the same name as well as properly handles both Tinderbox native and Markdown processing. :). I’ll clean up the file tomorrow, create a new video, and send it along.
Michael
You are most kind—aTbRef thanks you!
Spoke too soon. I realized over the weekend that the old file was not processing in-line images. I’ve fixed that. I hope to produce a video for the file tomorrow.
Finally got my Internal Links project done, whew, that was a lot of work (thanks for the inspiration @LittleHouse75 and @TomD (and of course @mwra for, well, everything):
I’d be happy to orchestrate a two hour masterclass on this, or review the concepts in a meetup. Let me know.
