macOS Universal Clipboard not Working Because of Microsoft Teams

BRW, I’m not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but I thought I’d share.

For months, the universal clipboard between my macOS and iPhone was not working. Universal clipboard allows you to copy data on one device and paste it on another.

I finally figured out that Microsoft Teams was the culprit, as least for me and my context. As soon as I uninstalled Microsoft Team on my computer, the universal clipboard started working again.

I thought I’d share the chance that someone else was experiencing this issue.

That’s odd. Universal clipboard works perfectly well for me, even though I have Teams installed on the MacBook and use it regularly.

Just checked again … yep, copying an image on my iPhone sends it immediately to the Mac. While a meeting is in progress on Teams.

Must be something else going on.
