Off topic.

I don’t think this has been mentioned here before, but Jillian Hess’ substack, noted, is an interesting collection of essays about notebooks and note takers from the analog era. Personally, I find this sort of investigation a better source of advice than the second-brain YouTubers.

Hess teaches English at CUNY and has a book out about how Romantics and Victorians organized their notes.
