Risk registries are commonly used in organizations and projects to articulate risks and elaborate the probability and impact of each risk.
I’ve used this within the context of non-profit arts Boards that I head in order to focus volunteer Board members on oversight.
Using this risk registry example, I’ve shown how to create Notes that describe sample risks, along with probabilities and impacts, and used Templates and the Preview mode to create a risk registry report.
In addition, by viewing the Risk Registry container in the Treemap View, one can visualize the risks in a typical “heat map” mode.
