The forum offers a number of RSS feeds for people who use RSS readers or notification lists. Notable feeds include

http://forum.eastgate.com/latest.rss
http://forum.eastgate.com/category.rss

I believe there are other feeds as well, but for the life of me I can’t find the documentation!

In Discourse forums the feed for most categories can be set up by clicking the category, copying the URL from the browser’s location bar, and appending “.rss”

so

http://forum.eastgate.com/c/queries-rules-automation

when appended with “.rss”

http://forum.eastgate.com/c/queries-rules-automation.rss

is the feed address for

Agents, Actions and Automation

If you are using Safari for feed reading, then merely click the location bar, add “.rss” to the URL, press Return and Safari will ask

(Depending on how the forum was configured, appending “.json” instead of “.rss” will grab a JSON feed – doesn’t seem to be the case in the case of this forum.)
