What tool(s) do you use these days for capturing and editing screencasts? Screenflow? Other stuff?
I use Screenflow and find it pretty intuitive and easy to use.

I use Screenflow for longer videos and the built in MacOS screen recorder for quick demonstrations. I also use the iOS screen recording for video annotating PDFs on my iPad when grading.

I use Screenflow too, easy to use when it comes to capture and edit animated screenshots.
