In this Tinderbox meetup, we had a lively discussion on how to use Tinderbox to help you with your presentations. There as also a question raised around how to organize your material in Tinderbox. Mary Beth explained her and Becker’s use case, which involved the creation of courseware and the inclusion of slides. The community has a lively discussion. Mark B. proposed steps you need to consider. Bill discussed content alignment challenges. Win discussed his use of Cluade AI to help with slides and the creation of quiz questions. Other topics discussed were getting your content out of PowerPoint and into Tinderbox, which is easier said than done, content alignment between different tools, working with collaborators, etc. Becker demonstrated his approach (5Cs: collection, curation, creation, collaboration, contribution), which relies heavily on creating knowledge assets (images, quotes, videos, text, citations, etc.) in Tinderbox (Insight: separate content from structure and appearance; create in TBX, leave output software for last). Near the end of the session, Becker also demonstrated presenting right out of Tinderbox.
