In this Tinderbox meetup, we 1) discussed Artisinal Software SummerFest2025—an opportunity to get discounts and support the artisanal software community, 2) how librarians and software developers could benefit from sharing the expertise of their disciplines, e.g., collection organizations and coding—this also stimulated a discussion around project framing and references to Bhuddha’s Four Nobel Truths and the Three Jewels as a universal problem-solving framework, and 3) Becker demonstrated how to get Tinderbox to speak—he started the development of an affirmations module that people can use to have Tinderbox give them affirmations on a timed or event triggered basis. Additionally, he demonstrated how to install and leverage other voices on your Mac. In the next week or two, Becker will release a 5Cs Tinderbox Affirmations Module.
