In this Tinderbox meetup, we had a deep discussion around what it means to be an academic and how and where to publish papers. This conversation was triggered by Mark B’s announcement that his and Mark A.’s recent paper on the upcoming new view for Tinderbox has been accepted. We also discussed the use of the bitwise operator framework in Tinderbox and Dr. Becker gave a demonstration on how he is reporting his work with Rover.com in Tinderbox (i.e., analyzing costs and revenues and using timeline) and the details/summary method he developed to present and work on a book outline with non-Tidnerbox users. Note, we completed the meetup before Becker could refine the template. After the meetup, he refined the template example (the CSS still needs some work).
