My Tinderbox stays in demo mode despite the fact that I have a green tick in the register window. So it’s a bit different from the other stuff on this topic on this forum. No clue whatsoever. Tried some things. Tried different codes. I once bought an upgrade from 9 tot 10. An upgrade not a subscription. My system has 10.0.2, so it should work. But no. It registers according to the forum messages, green tick, but still stays in demo. Very frustrating.

Sorry you’re having a problem (p.s. though a moderator/admin, I’m still just a fellow user)
It might help to email me (bernstein@eastgate.com) a screenshot of your registration window.
Also: how do you know that you’re in demo mode? (Obvious to you! But it would help narrow the possibilities)
Thnx for the reply. I did read your other post and contacted the mail address mentioned. After a few emails we got things sorted out.
