Unable to drag-and-drop .txt files

I’m using Version 11.7.1 (b802) and can’t seem to drag a .txt file onto the Map or Outline views of a new Tinderbox document. I get an Untitled note that of course disappears shortly.

Has this feature changed?

I believe it’s a Tahoe problem and hope to resolve it shortly. Copy/Paste will bridge the gap for the moment.
