Dear Tinderboxers,
It is with an immense pleasure that I announce on this forum the publication of my book in France, by Chronique sociale publishers.
During the endless writing and rewriting process, Tinderbox – and, not far behind, Scrivener – was an invaluable ally, allowing me to rethink my manuscript by visualizing it from entirely new perspectives. I’m not referring to Tinderbox’s integrated AI, as I don’t use it. I’m talking about the Attribute Browser, the Map view and, especially, the Outline view that I’ve used to break down chapters into smaller units that I simply couldn’t manage with Scrivener.
In my workflow, Tinderbox now occupies a central place, much more than before and I understand why: when you aspire to work with complexity, you must first grasp the simple. Descartes knew it. Tinderbox does all of that. If you read French, I talk about it in this blog post.
