Tinderbox Trainers Wanted
We are inviting Tinderbox community members to deliver a “Tinderbox in 10-minute Training” session. We want to kick off each weekly Tinderbox meetup with a 10-minute training that explores a Tinderbox feature and explains how to use it in a specific context. Again, the training should explain what the feature does and provide a contextual example of how the training is using it (sample files are most welcome). If you’d like to provide one of these trainings, please DM @satikusala or @eastgate on the Tinderbox Forum, and we’ll schedule your session on the Tinderbox Meetup Calendar.

@satikusala, I have a short demo of a non-trivial Apple Mail integration I built with Tinderbox that I’m calling md2email. I can demo it during the meetup tomorrow if there’s any interest.
Unfortunately, a fair amount of my work involves email exchanges, so I scratched an itch and solved a persistent issue I’ve been having. I plan to open source the project sometime soon.
@satikusala, given our discussion yesterday at the meetup, I’ve decided to try to put my Markdown → email-safe HTML work on the, as they say, “bottom shelf” by building a Mac app—something that can be downloaded from the App Store—and will also have a CLI component for integration into Tinderbox.
This sounds intriguing. @JacobIO please add me to this, I will DM my email address.
Can’t promise I will provide much feedback right away. However, I am just about to launch into an implementation of Zoho CRM and customer service modules, and feel there are some parallels and therefore learning opportunities here to manage/search/analyze a large volume of emails, hopefully with some assistance from Claude as I build it up. Will report accordingly in due course.
An aside question for @JacobIO – I noticed you’d mentioned jumping from Ghost to Tinderbox as a bed for your blog content/management. Im assuming you havent setup a paywall for your blog - this is something I have been stuck up on while considering platform options for a blog-type creative effort I’m currently incubating. Would be interested in thoughts on this aspect, if any forthcoming.
Thanks again for all your efforts and contributions to the group.
